IWA – Sport is dedicated to developing and promoting sport and recreation opportunities for people with physical disabilities.

We provide organised sporting opportunities in the following sports;

• Wheelchair Basketball
• Wheelchair Rugby
• Para Powerlifting
• Para Athletics (Track & Field)

We also provide opportunities to our members to participate in National Championships in the following sports;

• Para Archery
• Bowls
• Para Swimming
• Para Table Tennis
• Para Wheelchair Tennis

Members are encouraged to ‘have a try’ at all sports until they find one or more disciplines for which they have a particular talent or liking. Some members participate for recreation and fun while others train and compete at an elite level.
